before your first visit.
Fireside Chiropractic is designed with your family in mind. Our easily accessible location and family-friendly office make visits stress-free. Scheduling is simple—use our online portal to book your appointments or give us a phone call so we can learn more about you. To ensure you're seen right away, please complete your intake paperwork before your visit. We’ll email your forms after you schedule.
the first visit.
During the first visit, you’ll meet with one of our Doctors to discuss your health history, goals and receive a state-of-the-art INSiGHT Neurological Scan and x-rays (if needed). We do not perform adjustments on the first visit—this allows our Doctor team to create the best customized care plan tailored to you. Our goal is to provide the most precise and effective care for you and your family.
the second visit.
During your second visit, the Doctor will review the findings from your first visit including your scans and x-rays, and go over her personalized recommendations for your care. We’ll walk you through what to expect in our office, discuss payment options, and answer any questions you have. Once you feel confident and ready, you’ll receive your first adjustment.
